Is there a setup fee? 
Yes. There is a contract fee equal to 50% of your monthly fee. 

But that fee is applied to your first payment.

How are my hours tracked? 
I will keep a running total of your hours and send you weekly reports. Or feel free to ask me for a report at any time. If you are running out of time I will notify you well ahead of that.

How are payments set up?

All invoices are sent PRIOR to services rendered.  Invoices are emailed on

the 1st of every month and payment is due upon receipt.

 

What if I need more hours? 
If you go over your limit I can make additional hours available at the same rate as long as the hours are available in my schedule.  If we notice you are consistently going over hours, we will re-evaluate and possibly increase your monthly hours.
